    I grew up in Southern California, where my family has deep roots. The women in my family have always shown remarkable strength and tenacity. My great-aunt Letha Raney traveled by covered wagon in 1899, with her family from Oregon to Corona, California. She later became a beloved teacher and principal, and a junior high school was named in her honor, a legacy of resilience and service that continues to inspire me as I help people make their own moves.


    I have two daughters, and I wanted a career that would allow me to be home with them before and after school, and still provide professional growth. I first trained as a real estate appraiser and earned my certification, but soon found how challenging it was to secure an internship without close industry ties. Determined to stay in real estate, I joined a large-scale developer-broker as an administrative assistant and earned my real estate license in 2003. Over the next two decades, I built a diverse real estate career, selling homes and vacant land. I also worked with bank-owned and foreclosure properties, completing Broker Price Opinions (BPOs), and serving as an association executive officer for a local REALTOR® board. I even spent time as a junior loan processor and with a real estate mail marketing company. These roles sharpened my valuation skills, strengthened my understanding of marketing, contracts, and compliance, and deepened my ability to guide clients through every type of market.


    In 2023, my husband of 38 years, Kenny, retired. We packed up our RV and set out to see the country. That adventure eventually brought us to Florida, where we fell in love with the sunshine, lakes, wildlife, and welcoming communities, and we decided to make Central Florida our home. Now our two grown daughters and seven wonderful grandchildren visit often, making this next chapter even more special. Outside of real estate, I love fishing, kayaking, camping, riding my bike, and tending my tropical flowers. I’m an avid reader and an active volunteer with the General Federation of Women’s Clubs of Leesburg (GFWC) and the Friends of the Leesburg Public Library.

    As a REALTOR® working in a transaction broker capacity, I provide buyers with professional guidance and support throughout the home-buying process. I help identify properties that fit your needs and budget, arrange and attend showings, and share market insights so you can make confident, well-informed decisions.


    When it’s time to make an offer, I assist in preparing competitive terms and help you navigate negotiations with the seller. I also coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to keep the process moving smoothly. From the first search through closing, my goal is to make your experience organized, efficient, and as stress-free as possible, while treating all parties honestly and fairly.

      As a REALTOR® working in a transaction broker capacity, I provide sellers with expert guidance and marketing to help their home stand out in today’s market. I prepare a detailed comparative market analysis (CMA) to recommend an effective pricing strategy and create a tailored marketing plan that may include professional photography, online exposure, and targeted advertising.


      I coordinate showings, manage inquiries, and share feedback to keep you informed throughout the process. When offers come in, I assist in evaluating the terms and help facilitate negotiations to reach a successful agreement. I also guide you through inspections, appraisals, and all required paperwork to help keep the transaction on track.
